When trail running, especially in the wee hours of the night, I often encounter soul sucking demons and, on occasion, a Chupacabra. Luckily in times such as these, I'm normally sporting my trusty Myth Shirt with the beautiful (and originally designed) St. Johns wort print. I can definitely be accused of making fun of ultra/trail running fashion as a *mostly* road runner. After dipping my toes into ultras last December and with a 100 mile race this December, I've started to come around. In preparation for my race, I've been listening to The Tribe of Runners podcast and saw Folk Lord in the show notes...reading is cool.

I am 5 foot 10 and about 165 pounds and I bought a medium. It fits really great; it is slim-fitting but with plenty of room to move. I was worried it would be too tight around my shoulder area and chafe, but it really was perfect. I ran 8 miles on a hot and humid Florida day and had no chafing, felt cool, and comfortable.

The length of the shirt was perfect, definitely not too long or short. When I run with my running belt, I like to tuck my shirts in, and I was able to comfortably.

The fabric is stretchy and soft which are two things I like in running shirts. The back panel has laser-cut breathing holes, which helped with the heat.

I plan on wearing this shirt for my 100 mile race, definitely. Great work Folklord!
