The Folklord Myth Shorts are designed for all-day endurance and then some. These shorts are cut like a normal chino but are made to perform on any adventure. They've also got an interior compression liner with a super secret mythical design!

MYTHICAL PROPERTIES

The name "trillium" might be derived from the Swedish trilling meaning "triplet." But no matter where this flower's etymology lies, its distinctive three-petal form has growth various mythological roots. Native American tribes used it for medicinal and healing purposes. It can be called "birthroot" because of its aid in childbirth. It also became a symbol of purity and recovery. This is most likely associated with the wildflower's early spring bloom time. You will start to see them pop up around Forest Park in Portland just as winter begins to turn over—maybe even on the Trillium Trail off of Wildwood! Some call it "wakerobin" because its blossoms coincide with the first signs of robins. Still others might refer to it whimsically as "toadshade" due to its resemblance a little toad gentleman might use on a springtime stroll. Whatever you call it, this flower is a beacon and messenger of new beginnings.
